Big Orange Gala

The Big Orange Gala is back! Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 9 as we come together to support the University of Tennessee Knoxville - Memphis Alumni Chapter Scholarship Fund. Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with the Vol spirit, special guests, and a mission to uplift future scholars.

Grab your best orange themed outfit (orange black tie optional) and celebrate at the Big Orange Gala. This year’s event will be held at The Great Hall & Conference Center in Germantown, featuring heavy hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine, plus a silent auction where you are sure to find some big orange fun. Invitations have been sent to UTK leadership to join and update us about all things Knoxville! 

We are expecting over 300 local alumni and University of Tennessee supporters, so save the date, bring your dancing shoes and get ready for a night to remember at the University of Tennessee Big Orange Gala.  This event will bring local alumni and friends together to strengthen the community bond and raise much needed scholarship funds which will directly benefit students from Shelby County attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. 

New for 2025 - Stay for the DARK MODE AFTER PARTY that will take place immediately after the Gala. Help us keep the party going with dancing, late night snacks, and more Big Orange Fun!
